My land lord is receipt of notice U/s 354 at his instance as previously he has asked the corporation to issue notice on the basis of architect report submitted by him demolishing the building as it is in diapted condition within the city of Mumbai. The land lord has accordingly informed we all tenants but since he has not offered the alternative accomodation or any other arrangement so we have not allowed to comply with the notice. now he has made application before chief judge small court u/s 507 of bmc act asking to give direction to tennant to allow him to comply with notice. now what is re,medy ?
