I am looking for print books on latest judgements on Maintenance and Misuse of Dowry Act, etc. Could you please suggest some?
I need such judgements for citation purpose to show before the magistrate in a family court that if wife was working before marriage and is educated / literate enough to support herself and also because she is issueless, no maintenance should be granted to her irrespective of husband's income or financial position.
If wife did not allow marital intercourse and disserted her husband after a few days of the marriage and the husband filed an RCR which is currently in Ex-Parte status (awaiting disposal since no judge is available in the court so it is being delayed), the wife should not be entertained for her unreasonable demands of maintenance which she has filed after 2 years of marriage along with section 13 prior to which she filed 498a, etc. a year ago.
The victim husband has to appear in the hearing later this month and needs to answer there in the family court. Advocates and other people deem the concerned magistrate there as extremely rude and not-listening type of authority. So, judgements from other courts would be helpful here.
Please guide and advise.
