Bpo/kpo/ites companies

Hello Memebers

Kindly enlighten why BPO/KPO / ITES Company are comes under Shop & Establishment act and NOT under Company act?

Dear Sir -  As theese companies are only dealing with services & not into manufacturing hence they comes under Shops & Establishments Act.

BPO/KPO / ITES Companies are certainly coverd by  Shop & Establishment Act of the state.

Hi, I am working as a TL in bpo, and 2 days before, due to leave issue, Sr. Manager abused me so I react and now he audited my escalation call and ask me to leave. Note: earlier, I worked with another process in same company but due to temprery requirement my movment done in current process 10 days before. Plz suggest they asked for RTHR.
