breach of contract-whether consumer dispute

Breach of contract does not amounts to consumer disputes.  When there is a negligence in service then only consumer disputes arises.

Breatch of contract amounts to civil nature so civil suit lies.

Breach of Contract can be a consumer dispute if certian contracts by virtue of which one party is a service provider and another is a user or there is a contract of service then the breach of contract is a consumer dispute. 

where a person i.e includes all the industry: bank,institution,buliders and developers,telephones services, is suppose to provide service in wat ever way it may be and faisl to provide that service then it amounts to a consumer disput and the correct forum u have to appraoch is the consumer forum

for a example where a person enter into an agreemnt with builders. were the condiataions are that the construction will complete in time.

if the construction is not completed in time there is breach of contract and in the same time u have a relief under the consumer protection act seeking for compensation for the delay in constuctions
