If it is a one sided bond you can with prior notice period of sufficient time go ahead with your future. As far as not paying salary in time you can write to the company as well as to the commissioner of labour for the same.

If the company does any wrong to you in regards to the bond you can very well approach the commissioner of labour for the same and place your grievances.

If you break bond you have to face penalty & damages for services

It is one sided contract, you will get some relief but take the help of experience Advocate.
