Proposition: An Account-holder in Brokerage House has committed default in fulfillment of his obligaiton. Subsequently he mortgaged his property with Brokerage House, but even than he is avoiding his obligation toward Brokerage House. Brokerage House intends to recovery its amount adopting legal course.
