I have purchased a property and after intial booking amount and further sale agreement completion said builder is absconding. There are few people in this layout did registeration after full payment.
1) Can registerd land owners construct their houses ?
2) Owners who have not paid full amount (Only sale agreement) can also construct ?
3) Is their any previous court judgement which can be referred having similar scenario..
