I had purchased a flat which is under construction. I had invested 20% from my side and 80% from home loan. Now the issue is initially my home loan got santioned but there was some issue on that property due to which loan money was not being used on those property but the builder had send a demand letter for the money failing which he would charge us due. We had written him application at that time regarding this. Later after 6 months the home loan was being used on that property but since our santioned period expired hence I reapplied for loan and again it got santioned and I paid the builder, but now the builder has charged extra due money for the initial period during which loan money was not being used. Please let me know what can I do in this case becasue as from my side the loan was already santioned but it was the builders property issue due to which the loan money was not initially utilized.
