Builder wants to build new building

Dear Sir,

I own a Flat in Boisar (Thane district), we have a hosuing society which was formed in 2005.

Till now conveyance has not been handed over by the owner to the society.

When the colony was initially made the FSI was 0.5, which I understand is now 1.

So now builder is planning to build a new buiding which will be in the compound of our building.

Even this building will obstruct the view of our building.

what legal steps can we take against the builder?

regards

Vishal

You cannot stop him constructing new building, if he violates terms and conditions of the muncipality or Town Develpment Board, they only you can stop construction by filing a suit.
