Hi, The building where i m staying is 6 years old but has NO OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE. The members have formed Housing society and it is registered. Now the society has proposed external repairs of building. but some members are opposing it saying that the repair of building is builders responsibility as building has no occupation certificate. is it true? what law says about it?
