business after llb

I am currently in the final year of my BTech (IT),and planning to do llb after this .While reading Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette, restriction on other employments,i found about restriction relating to family business. It says"An advocate who has inherited, or succeeded by survivorship to a family business may continue it, but may not personally participate in the management thereof".My father owns a sole proprietership business and I am the only hier.So my query is how to retain the business as well as the title of advocate?

You can appoint somebody else as the manager of the firm. But you can still be the owner. BCI only states you cannot manage it by yourself.
