Business investment

Hi,

My father and my 2 uncle started a business 10 yrs ago with equal investments ..my father invested around 40 lakh but the business was registered as propeitership under the name of my uncle who is an NRI..it was running well and equal divident was promised orally but my father was assigned power of attorney of that business..but we didnt get any money and we got 25 lakhs back after 8 years and brought a house..as there is no proof for our investment by a document..but as per the chartered accountant certificate we have 15 lakh left in 2008 in the name of my father..my father passe away in 2009..please advice how to get back this left over money from them.my uncles accumulated crores and we havent got even our invested monry..legally what way can i file a suit for this...can i ask a compensation as my father was shown as an manager cum power of attorney..

Please help..if anything is possible
