I am planning to buy property in sarjapura Road which is BMRDA approved. But they have khata-E not Khata A, So, what is difference b/w A and E khata and do both the khata is equivalent. And Do BMRDA gives OC certificate and if not which certificate BMRDA gives in the place of OC. What else document need to be checked while buying the property which is approved by BMRDA.
