respected sir u r absolutely correct.but cs,ca are  correspondance professional course n there is no bar in doing so.i have done llb regular n cs inter correspondence.ca n cs courses r nt under any university.they r formed by n governd by stuatory acts.

PS: If a CA pursues LLB, he does not need institute permission, but can't have articled clerks under him
