DEAR KUMAR'

THERE IS NO BAR TO APPLY FOR GOVT.CENTRAL JOB. AND JOIN THE JOB BECAUSE OF ONLY  CHARGESHEETED PERSON.

BUT IF HE CONVICTED FOR  OFFENCE HE WILL NOT DO JOB.

There is no bar for applying for job.

If you are selected there will be police verification for jobs in defence and police. If you have no police clearance certificate there is high chance that he may have to wait till the disposal of case.

In any case you can intimate the fact of criminal case to the appointing authority or Department Head where he is posted so that there is chance that he might have suppressed the fact during applying for the job.
