Can a law student go in court to watch discussions?

Hello,

Can a law students can go and sit in the court for learning purposes? Is it any special right for law student in the legal domain ?

Sure. Why not ? Can always be seated along with the audience.

, 1) unless in camera, court proceedings are supposed to be open to public. Justice must be seen to be done. 2) But in another thread here it is claimed passes are given to only lawyers and litigants. So may be worthwhile for you to try and then share your experiences here !

in order to enhance practical knowledge law students should do so.  I have seen evening college students taking up honourary job of Munshi and understand court procedure thoroughly.

Agreed with the experts opinion. Except in camera proceedings, why not? Court is an open court.
