Can a person run a pharmacy using another person's pharmacy

A recently widowed woman plans to run the pharmacy that was earlier run by her husband. Husband had procured a license in his name then.

What are the chances for this women to now continue her dead husband's business?

Is she legally authorised to run the pharmacy without a license?

Can she obtain a license in her name?

Can she continue with her husband's license? What is the procedure to obtain a pharmacy license?

Thanks in advance.

Husband was died, hence earlier license is atuomatically cancelled.... Food and drug administration, on application or by information, cancelled the said license...

To run pharmacy you required pharmacist... without being registration certificate of pharmacist, you are not get the license of pharmacy.... or you have to appoint a pharmacist to run the pharmacy.... thereafter FDA issue license....

Give details of your case without any details it is not possible to give advice...

FDA in Maharashtra is very strict in now days....for issuance of license etc...You have not even mention which state you belong?
