Can a vegetable vendor use loudspeakers?

Hello, Can a vegetable vendor who sell in streets use loudspeakers instead of mouth for sales pitch about vegetables and prices? If yes, any permission is required from noise pollution department? Thank you.

Until it is not of public nuisance, he or she can use speakers.

If is public nuisance, where we have to make complain against him ? whether Municipal/Corporation Authority or concerned jurisdictiion of the Police Station ? Likewise, a Mosque or Church make use loudspeakers and making public nuisance where we have to approach to eliminate the public nuisance ?

Dont Hindus play loud music whole day and whole night during ganpathi? Dont Hindus keep chanting saamiye aiyappa during aiyappa season? Do other communities complain? Ringing of Church bell and Offering of namaz on mike wont fall under definition of Nuisance. You cannot hurt religious sentiments. If you say that is nuisance, so is bursting of crackers during deepavali.

People like you only help people like advani and modi to divide the country. What the voters have done by giving absolute majority to BJP is quite visible.

You can complain to civic authorities, and adopt a wait and watch approach regarding the so called Nuisance.
