Can a wife get back the gold from her husband's bank

good morning LIC,

I request our members for a clarification on a situation.

My brother-in-law is in jail (remand) on IPC 420 section 34 and AP PDFE sec 3 and 5.

He kept his wife's 18 tulas gold in SBH bank for 3 lakh.

Now can his wife get her gold back, despite her husband in Jail?

Please advise.
