My Indian passport has expired two years back and I have to apply for the re-issue of the same. Meanwhile I am a married man now and wish to include my spouse's name also in that but we don't have our marriage certificate. Can we produce the Annexure-K in place of the marriage certificate? or the annexure is valid only in case of marital discord / separation.
