I am a Member of Cooperative Hosuing Society CHS in Mumbai.
Our Socity Office Bearer Appointed Advocate on Retainership basis for society legal issues.
Now My Question is;
1. Can other member who are not in Managing Committee or Office Bearer can Ask Society Advocate Rules & Law under which they can file a complaint to registrar for any Financial Irregularities been done by Office Bearer in power.
2. Is there any single case in which Office Bearer (Chairman, Sectarary, Treasurer) of CHS found guilty and were punished under any Law and Recovery of payment been executed against them.
Please Guide on detailed case judgement reference & Law will be highly appriciated.
