Party A files FIR Under section 420 384 & 120B ..against Party B C & D ..Police investigation is favoured in favour of Party A ..chargesheet filed in CJM COURT ..As soon as CJM takes cognizance of the chargesheet filed ..Party B & party C files revision against cognizance of CJM ..in DJ court ..matter transfered to ADJ SPL for hearing..matter still pending in ADJ Court.
My question is as the matter is pending before ADJ can the summons continue for Party B C & D or for only for party D who did not go for revision .please advice
