Respected All,
I m getting AB from HC on the condition of maintanance to wife & child and court give the order "Needless to mention that in the event any application u/s 125 of the crpc or any other application for maintenance is filed and taken up for hearing, the payment of sum of Rs.**** per month pursuant to this order shall be taken into consideration". Their after i file rcr, now the opponent file HMA 24 & crpc 125. Not only that they don't mention the amount which they r getting from me.
So is it possible after getting this order can they get any type of maintenance on the above section?
Please guid me.
