Can condonation of delay application filed after 1 year

Dear Peers,

Can Condonation of delay application filed after 1 year of the order in Domestic Violence Act .

if, yes in which section or is any judgement given upon by High Court or Supreme Court of India on it.

Dear Deep,

Yes, it can be filed , you have to convince the court and state the circumstance to such delay

If court satisfied, that your delay is not intentional, then it can be condonal
