Can husband file domestic violence case?

In India There is no Law for protection of Males from domestic voilence. If wife beats you black and blue then it's her pleasure and when you protest her it's your Horror.

The value of freedom is measured by the cost of struggle,If you need freedom from suffering then you have to become a fighter ….as no other option.

In that case it is better to counter attack and invite DV on you. So male cannot file divorce on the basis of cruelty?

What I suggest you in the current scenario is, instead of joining some forum or some NGO which supports men causes. Take that hawai chappal and start doing pooja nicely. What on earth are you doing, she a female is physically abusing you and you are coming here crying seeking legal help? For men in India, no legal help, only take that chappal and start hitting her, be a man.

Saam daam dand everything was tried but in court one has to show oneself innocent that is why I am asking if I can counter attack in someway if she says she has doctor certificate. My first question is which idiot doctor would treat someone without police intervention if she was attacked.

For example if you beat her, there is a very good chance of she lodging a complaint agaisnt you, under dowry act or DV act, but you might have heard of those green colored notes and red colored papers on which is written by RBI governor, I promise to pay you the sum of 100 rupees, of 1000 rupees, make use of such papers while dealing with puilis, if she plays that way, play this way.  

Funny question but a genuine one. Unfortunately you cannot file a DV case on a woman though one woman possibly (judgments differ here from HC to HC) can file against another woman.  So, if you have a sister or mother staying with you, she can possibly file one on your wife. Attack is the best form of defense. 

But I find it bizzare when men complaint like a child that his wife beat him. Why did you not thrash her badly when she beat you. I  am totally against beating women. TOTALLY! 100%!  But I am not against doing so in self-defense.  If she really beat you, then it is not too late if she is still staying with you. Take your chappals and on this auspicious Diwali occasion, do her chappal pooja, starting from her face. Boot pooja may be even better I think. This will give you peace for the coming year! No need to file DV or divorce. Otherwise, the problem will get worse for you. 

If you hit your wife, it becomes a case of domestic violence against you by your wife, if it is proved, god forbids

If wife hits you and you have substain injuries, best is to file a police complaint and get the proof which is accepted in court.

It becomes a strong ground of physical abuse and you can file for divorce from your wife.
