My Writ Petition WP 21313 of 2013 filed on 16/7 regd on 18/7 , listed and heard on 08/08/2013 is pending for probably final order. The respondents who were asked to submit counter within two weeks have not done so as on date.The case is not even posted..there is a talk of changing the bench..it is all about CAP quota denied by ZSWO RR Dist. By 11 Sep second and the final counselling will be over..I do not know who and how decisions are taken to post a case with a expiry date..is it the responsibility of the judge or the Registrar who is a bura cat as always..What to do?
