I & my wife file a petition for divorce by mutual consent on 20/11/2014 in Mumbai family court. The date for second motion has be fixed for 25/5/2015. Now my company is sending me for 2 months onsite. Is it possible to postpone the date of 2nd motions by a 2 months until I come back?

yes you can pray for a date in the court within another six months (i.e) within 18 months from filing application for mcd ) from the date on which the second motion is scheduled

can the date of second motion be requested to be pre-poned as i intend to move abroad forever asap?
