sir, i had registered 3-4 complaints in the IRDA system in the past few months and none of them were not even atttended/acknowledged by IRDA..and i have heard from few other people in my circle and from customers that they are also facing the same kind of unresponsiveness from IRDA. ...
can i file a PIL for this against IRDA questioning their functional activities and if they meet the requirements of the general public. i would like to question the need for a regulatory body that doesn't meet the needs of a general public and waste the tax money for maintaining such bodies.
