Can I have documents back in 498a

I have filed a case under 498a. My documents are with my husband and now his is denying that I don't have the documents. How can I get my documents back. Help plz

After you filing criminal complaint u/s 498a IPC don't expect any cooperation from your husband. The only way for you to get your documents back will be if you agree to divorce and withdraw the complaint against him, otherwise just forget those documents.
