Can in non heinous crime court can direct for location tracking of mobile number when warrants are

In the DV act execution warrants are issued by court  but JD is absconding and police returns the warrants back as unexecuted.  Can court directs for the location tracking of mobile number and google account?  If yes please  quote the judgement also.

There is no provison in the DV Act empowering the presiding judical officer to pass an order to track the respondent by tracking his loction using his mobile number or google ccount as mentioned by you.

It becomes the duty of the complainant in the DV case to provide proper address of the respondent.

There is no judgment debtor in DV case and it is not an execution petition, if it is for recovery of money then it can be termed as collection petition to be filed as criminal miscellaneous petition.

If the court has passed an order issuing warrant then it becomes the duty of the police to arrest the respondent
