Can Income tax department take side of in-laws against Bride

Can Income Tax department play a role of a facilitator to in-laws against a complainant bride who was mentally, physically, emotionally and financially ruined by her in-laws? The in-laws left after her income tax department like wild dogs sniffing around to find out as to how much money was spent on the marriage way back in 2003-2004 and how much money was spent on her brother's education, the accomodation in which her widow mother is living is self-acquired or rented?

The income tax officer has only one answer to all the question as to what is the origin of this income tax inquiry, if his department can become a party to provide benefit to one of the two litigants in the matrimonial court?

How many cases are there in which girls/women who have filed 498A, cases under Prevention of Domestic Violence Act or maintenance under section 125 are harassed or victimized by the income tax department and how come that the income tax department can become facilitator to in-laws and furnish third persons details to the criminals who are losing battle in the courts and find newer ways to further victimize the complainaning brides. I welcome all to share your views on this current topic on society. Rajesh Sharma, Adv, 09810222180
