Can MCD and Contested divorce run in parallel?
If my contested divorce is going on and in between again wife family ask for MCD but I don't want to withdraw my desertion and cruelty based contested divorce case can MCD be filed.

Divorce cannot be granted twice !! If you want to go for MCD then, convert the contested petition into MCD. Two cases cannot run parallelly.

your case can be put on hold till the outcome of the mcd does not come out dont withdraw the case put on hold
