CAN PIL BE FILED AGINST ALL THOSE ACCUSED IN ADARSHA SOCIETY SCAM ?
Almost all politicians are not denying fact that they have misused their power and authority to get the flates in ADARSHA society but claiming that, that plot of land was not owned by the army or was not alloted for kargil heros, can this be treated as acceptance of getting wrongful gain using political power and authority and be convicted by the court if PIL is lodged.
