Can a property which is locked and sealed by the government due to building violation, be settled, sold or mortgaged ?

But my question is, if the purchaser is willing to buy the property so sealed, is it possible to sell such property ?. Will the registration department raise any issue if the property so sealed is about to be sold ?

Purchaser cannot purchase the property sealed and locked by government. The property sale purchase can be registered but it will be illegal transaction.

It is the option of thte purchaser.If he is willing to puchase and face the consequences, you can sell it.No law will stand on way.

1. YES. Govt. sealed properties can be Sold /Purchased, PROVIDED both the Seller & Buyer are ready to serve a Seven year sentence for prosecutable offences like Conspiracy, Cheating, Breach of Trust, Abetment and so on .... AND further are ready to have the documents confiscated & monetary considerations forfeited.
