Please Sir/Madam and Experts can any one guide me that citations of family/district/sessions/lower courts are not accepted by lower court(JMFC) or any citations of district court and other courts except High Court and Supreme Court so that I can use this citation. Sir please somebody guide me from this I have some citations pertaining to my case which is same like above( WIFE EARNING & IN POSSESSION OF HUSBANDS PROPERTY, HUSBAND THREATENED KICKED OUT OF THE HOUSE AND HUSBAND JOBLESS) but my advocate is telling me we can submit only HIGH COURT and SUPREME COURT CITATIONS is it true. MY CASE IS IN EVIDENCE STAGE.
