Hi,
I have filed a case against 4 people for creating a Lease agreement dated Oct 2006 on a stamp paper sold in Nov 2007. The charge-sheet was framed and they have been granted bail.
An application has been submitted in the District court to cancel the bail. I need Citations to support my application.

Bail can be granted but for cancellation of the same, you must produce substantial evidence to prove that they have violated the conditions for granting the bail.
