respectes sir, my self pariksh*t living in kanpur and i have sold my house with an amount of ten lakhs rupees and the party made me sevenlakhs in advance and at the time of making the sale deed he had given me the cheque of three lakhs rupees which was due on 4th of july and i cheque has been dishonoured and the time limit of file a suit against him has gone and i have executed the sale deed to him,now can i file a case of cancellation of sale deed and plzz tell me how much long the matter will take for final decision. plzz reply me soon.thnx
