Dear Sir,
My father was given his room for leave & Licence for garment and the owner of the garment was went to his native place after 2 years, no such notices was issued to my father till date.My father was died in 2008 and the m.c.g.m. was sent a warrent to my address this month, is there any procedure or provision where warrant can be cancelled due to death of the accused?
kindly suggest me....
