Dear Sir ,
I took one property which is having litigation .I am 2 nd owner of the property .I cleared or settled Tents who are staying in that property .Property reday reconer value is 1.8 cr .Now I want to transfer that property on my name but the owner is asking for extra ammount for capital gain tax which is close to 40 lakh .Now how I can take that property .
Is it possible to lease that property for 999 years & pay him Rent & do the development on that Land & agin do sublease same to next party .
I want to save capital gain tax .
