You can move an application regarding the same in the District Court of the jurisdiction. Although many PILs are going on over such cases but the Govt. seldom takes anystep to dethrown their princely officers, without any regards to the technical or general knowledge that they possess. However, if you engage a good lawyer and move against it, this can be a huge step towards a better system. The petition should be moved not only against one department but all and a proper system should be made. There are such guidelines in the books of laws, however, the lies between them are not clear and no proper attention is paid.
