Car lease dispute & reliving letter

Hi I have been driving a car which is leased by the company from a car lease company. They have not given me any agreements yet. Today I received a stamp paper with a point on early termination and car lease rules. I dont agree to those points. I am still in my probation and have decided to resign which the company has accepted. They have been deducting the lease amount from my salary for last 3 months. What shall I do? Am i obligated to this lease as yet? Whats the way out if i dont want to sign? Also how can I recover my 3 months emi?

Now I have resigned and I am seeking for my final settlement papers. The company admin insisted on me to sign those lease papers or a paper with an undertaking. I refused. They had let me go but are insiting I will have to pay for the fore clousure charges. So they are now holding my final payment and not delivering my releiving letter. What shall I do?

If your final payments are kept on hold you may issue a legal notice demanding the same, in that if they commit that the so called emi or foreclosure amount, you may decide about taking legal course of action against their decision. Consul a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.
