Car parking

Hi,

I am a member of a Co-operative society, Dombivli, Thane and I owned a car. I am parking my car in the open spaces of the society in front of my own flat which is at ground floor. I have not purchased this parking space as there is no concept of of parking space in our society.  I am regularly paying parking charge of Rs. 50 as per society rules & regulation.

But in one of the meeting, society decided that in the day time the car should be park outside the society premises. There are around 6 two wheelers but for them this rules is not applicable.

My questions

1)      After paying charges as per society rules can society ask member to park a car outside society in a day time? Is this legally right?

Can there be a separate rules for two wheelers and four wheelers regarding parking (i.e. with regards to parking time)?
