I had purchased a flat in bangalore. After long wait the builder alloted car parking slot. But he is doing partiallity by alloting bigger space to pent houses and duplexes and also selling two parking area to few owners. For others he is alloting small space where turning and parking is difficult. We feel only Maruti 800 cannot park properly. He targettted people who have pressured for the Khata transfer and other related docs.
Please let me know is there is any remedy. Whether we need to approach the association. we are part of the assocaition. how to handle this . The property is registered where the car parking requirment is specifically mentioned.
