I purchased a flat on Jan 2020. It was a under constructing apartment, with 6 flats & common car parking, got over by nov2020. Order of purchase: S1 - Jan2020, F1 - Feb 2020, G1 - Mar 2021, F2 - May 2021, S2, F3 - Jan 2022. In this apartment, 2 of car slots are independent ones I.e no need to depend on other cars moving. remain 4 slots are depended ones . I.e 1 over 1 ; X 2. So, Here is the question?. How we have to allot parking slots for all 6 flats. which 2 flats should get separate car parking slot?. Kindly clarify on this.
