Car sale issue

I sold my car to a person.He gave Rs 30000 as token for car.The buyer said that through three checks he would give 2 lakh rupees.A check given 80000, a check 65000 and last check 25000.The agreement said that if no check is cleared, deal will be considered as cancellation and the token money will not be refunded.Two of his check(65000+80000) have been cleared.check of 25000 after a few days according to date are left.But he is saying me now that he will return the car because car have problem.He used my car for 15 days.and my car was best condition.Will I have to return that money because according agreement deal being canceled in the case of a check clearing in the order?Because i dont want to get back my car.
