Case against an individual

Some of the courts have fed the data in computers and one can have access to it. But  otherwise it is bit difficult to find out whether any case is filed against an individual.

Then what is the procedure to know this in Delhi? Can I give some application to some office and get details about it?

For this you will have to take help of an Advocate,  who can then guid you as to what case can be filled any individual mostly civil cases, private criminal case can be filed but the priopity of the court is state, so it will be long wait for you. We cannot file cases on line in india.
