In 2019, in delhi, i booked a under constructon flat as builder promissed me the completion of project within three weeks.
Value of flat is 35 Lac
But construction delyed by more than year, i sent leagl notice to builder he said he is facing financial hardship due to covid 19 lock down. So he requested me to give all the pending amount and get the under construction flat regestered in my name and also do a registered settlelment deed stating if construction delayed beyond December 2021 he will pay 50,000 per month as compensation.
I agreed and sale deed and said settlement deed done.
But interior work of some flats and other nessacary facilities like lift are still pending , Quality of material is very poor.
Builder is not paying any compensation amount as per registed settlement deed. He is giving excuse that if he pay 50k for such long period he will face loss.
How can i recover amount till date and also for future ?
What are documents that builder need to provide while giving possesion ?
