Case against on me by tikona

8 days Before I receive a Legal Demand Notice for pay my outstanding amount Rs.1008/- .
 
On,15th Mar 2016 i install tikona broadband connection in my home against Advance amount of Rs.2300/- ,after that on 2nd day speed problem is arise ,I submitted my first complaint to Tikona on 23.03.16 with Acknowledgment no.is 1-4001772304.After this i m getting speed 0.12 mbps whole time ,and i take it plan Rs.750 at 5mbps speed .
 
I make a several complaints to tikona team to solve my problem but tikona team always reply that there is system upgraded work is going on ,you have to manage or wait for it.
 

I pay almost 9 months Rs.750 Rent with tax to Tikona.So my question is that if i not pay your outstanding amount ,you are very eagerness to receive your payment .
So what about my about services which i not rendered from last 9 months,and i paid you every month smoothly without using your services.

At Last,On 30 Nov 2016 Tikona engineer visited my house to manage my problem,he examine that he says this connection can't be solved because signals are not giving properly there is two towers which device doesnt get signals from any one,he says "why you install it here when there is no signals".


So today i received a call  Advocate from CIVIL LAW "She says if i not able Rs.1200/- then my all ID's and other things blocks within one hour"and her no is.+91 7840027450.

So Overall tikona team is to be able Legal Action on me.

You reply this legal notice referring all your complaints with date of complaint and no. in a sequence  , you have lodged from March 23, 2016 till date. Don’t forget to mention the visit of Tikona engineers also with date and their statements. Email this reply to that lawyer as well as Tikona also. In parallel you must submit your grievance through this website.  https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

Did you write to M/s Tikona on Enginer’s report attaching a copy of engineer’s report and also the poor/NO connectivity?

& I in mail clearly mention ,i never pay my full and final settlement money which is giving by Tikona Team.

Rs.708/- something Rent of DEC 2016 ,which i use only 49 mb out of 30 GB,through this time i make a several calls  to Tikona team ,but no serious reply for there services.

 

& i also submit Device to Tikona Team.i have proof also of this

    If M/s Tikona has collected its device then why it is claiming it from you?

    Dear Kumar Doab Sir,

    Device is collected sucessfully ,now they want Outstading Bill for the month of Dec 2016.which i does not pay due to improper service from last 9 months and i use only 49 mb instead of 30 GB of Dec 2016.

    If M/s Tikona was not able to provide connectivity then why it is demanding payment!

    Write to M/s Tikona's MD, TRAI,DOT.

    Handover the matter to your own counsel at your location and approach DCDRF.

    If you are not staisfied then, anytime ( within 2years)  you can handover the matter to your own counsel at your location and approach DCDRF.
