Hi all, My client has filed a complinat before the Bar Council against an advocate on his professional ethics as he has concealed a part of certified lower court document and filed it in High Court as a typed set. The same advocate is appeaing for the cases against my client and is agreeved by the complinat in Bar council.
Is there some case laws available on restraining this advocate from appearing against my client who has filed a compliant against the said advocate in Bar Council?
