Case under 498 a and 406 and domestic violence

my daughter in again file a case under domestic violence against six persons we three are only living on my address (1)my self (2)my wife (3)my son and other three are (a)my 85 year father who is living severalty from 43 years on another city address (b) my daughter she got married in 2014 and living in another city (c) my my brother in law who is also living in another city
now please guide can a d. v can be run by serving only three notice at my address can court deemed to be serve the notice of my father and daughter and brother in law and court proceeding can be run further

please guide we are suffering innocent persons badly
